Some of you selected a special topic to study and others have selected to study a particular country. This was your choice to demonstrate graduate level research and writing skills. This week you must submit a detailed topical outline (3-4 pages in length) along with references based on your personal research for the professional paper. I am not looking for narrative type outline. I want a topical outline with sections, headings, sub-headings and detailed bullet points in main sections of your paper. The professional outline will serve to demonstrate your progress.

If you are approved to study a specific topic, you must provide a detailed outline of your topic using headings and subheadings. You will submit an outline of your final project. This outline will include your country and what you are proposing as the Minister of Health. Please include any publications and/or research items you are considering to use.
